Community Performance: Akayaa Atule and Bolga Zohdoomah
May 20 / 6 pm / City Heights Performance Annex/Officer Jeremy Henwood Memorial Park Drenched in the sun-bright rhythms of Africa, singer and drummer Akayaa Atule brings her own flavor of Ghanaian/Afrobeat highlife music to City Heights. Performing with Bolga Zohdoomah, they mix traditional African music with Western instruments and melodies.

May 27 / 6 pm / City Heights Performance Annex/Officer Jeremy Henwood Memorial Park Mr. Dyno Rock brings his high-energy breakin’ crew to City Heights. Their performance will include a cypher – a freestyle dance jam where people take turns showing off their moves in the middle of a circle. From the street to your backyard!
